In 2024, Guru Jobs S.B. Srl published its first Impact Report, formalizing an already established commitment to people, the organization, and the local community.
The goal was not to describe isolated initiatives, but to structure impact and make it clear, measurable, and consistent with the benefit corporation business model.

Guru Jobs operates in a dynamic, highly relationship-driven context, where people represent a central asset. Over time, the company had already developed practices focused on organizational well-being, professional growth, and social responsibility. The challenge was to systematize these practices, connect them to a medium- to long-term vision, and integrate them into a structured reporting framework.

With the support of Prosperah, throughout 2024 Guru Jobs launched a journey to structure its impact, working on:

  • clarification of the company purpose
  • stakeholder engagement
  • definition of impact priorities
  • integration of ESG topics into business processes

The role of Prosperah

The journey was designed as a methodological tool, supporting both external reporting and internal alignment. Prosperah supported Guru Jobs in defining the methodological framework, contributing to the structuring of content, the organization of data, and the development of a coherent and verifiable language.

The document published in 2024 represents the first formal step. In 2025, the work continues with the aim of consolidating what has emerged, strengthening impact measurement, and integrating sustainability into the company’s decision-making processes.
