Autorigoldi

AUTOMOTIVE

In 2024, Autorigoldi decided to embark on a sustainability journey driven by a very clear need—one that is also common to many well-structured companies: understanding where to start. There was no lack of initiatives, nor of attention to the local community, people, and service quality. What was missing, however, was an overall vision: a structure capable of reading what already existed, connecting it, and turning it into a shared direction.

Autorigoldi is a long-established company in the automotive sector, operating across multiple locations with a complex organizational structure. In a rapidly evolving market context and with growing attention to ESG topics, the company felt the need to give shape and method to its commitment, avoiding fragmented or purely formal approaches.

The first step: the Sustainability Report

The 2024 Sustainability Report was not conceived as a final destination, but as a starting point. An opportunity to pause, observe the company as a whole, and begin asking the right questions. Through an analysis and stakeholder listening process, the report made it possible to:

  • analyze existing practices in a structured way
  • identify the most relevant priorities for the business and for stakeholders
  • create a shared internal language around sustainability topics

The role of Prosperah

Prosperah supported Autorigoldi throughout this initial phase with an approach focused on method rather than performance. It was not about “producing a report,” but about building a solid foundation to work from over time. The focus was on:

  • clarity

  • coherence

  • integration of sustainability into business decision-making

The 2024 Sustainability Report marks the beginning of a journey, not its conclusion.
In 2025, the work continues with the aim of strengthening the strategy, making the actions undertaken increasingly measurable, and continuing to align sustainability with business growth.

For Autorigoldi, understanding where to start was the first step toward beginning to build where to go.
