We have been collaborating with Gruppo Iezzi since 2022 on a structured journey to develop the company’s sustainability strategy. From the outset, the goal has been to actively involve the organization and its stakeholders in clearly defining the Group’s ESG priorities.

The work began with a listening and engagement phase involving key stakeholders, which made it possible to identify the most relevant topics and build a shared vision. On this basis, a sustainability strategy was developed together with an action plan co-created with internal teams.

The process is carried out through periodic working groups involving more than 20 people from across the organization, with the objective of:

  • identify and share the Group’s sustainability priorities
  • develop concrete ESG initiatives
  • monitor the progress of activities and objectives
  • strengthen the integration of sustainability into business processes

Meetings, held approximately every two months, provide operational working sessions where ideas and proposals are translated into concrete initiatives.

This participatory approach has helped make sustainability an increasingly integrated part of the Group’s strategy and day-to-day operations.
